These terms govern your use of the Tarvora website. By using the site, you agree to them. Consulting and implementation services are governed separately by a written agreement (such as a statement of work or master services agreement) between Tarvora Inc. and each client; if anything here conflicts with a signed client agreement, the client agreement wins.
Tarvora Inc. ("Tarvora," "we," "us") is an AI implementation firm serving construction, manufacturing, real estate, and home services businesses.
Content on this site, including descriptions of agents, timelines, pricing approaches, and example results, is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, a guarantee of specific outcomes, and not professional advice for your particular situation. Illustrations of agent activity and results on this site are examples, not representations of your future results.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach its security, scraping it at disruptive volume, misrepresenting your identity in communications with us, or using the site in violation of applicable law.
The Tarvora name, logo, and site content belong to Tarvora Inc. and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. Ownership of client deliverables, including workflows, prompts, code, and documentation built during an engagement, is defined in the applicable client agreement; our standard position is that clients own what we build for them.
The site may link to third-party tools, such as scheduling services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site, including fitness for a particular purpose, and do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarvora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability arising from client engagements is addressed in the applicable client agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
